Level 3 Certificates are vocational qualifications which focus on the development of the underlying principles and practical skills required in the Barbering industry. They are a stepping stone to higher-level qualifications, such as VRQ Diplomas and NVQs. These qualifications are approved by HABIA, the standard setting body for Hair and Beauty, and provided by City & Guilds, the awarding body.
