Campus and Facilities

We have been expanding and regenerating our campuses at an extraordinary pace. Around £47 million has been invested in upgrading or completely replacing our facilities since 2012.

This is linked to modernising our curriculum and has delivered a state-of-the-art campus we’re proud to offer our learners. We have inspirational first-class environments where every learner can fulfil their true potential – and where we can equip them with the skills they need.

In 2025, we completed our newest facility – a £1.95m Brickwork Centre – featuring dedicated practical workshops and modern classrooms. Recent improvements also include the installation of our Imaginarium, a fully immersive 360° learning environment.

In 2026, University Campus Oldham will be enhanced through a £1.2m investment, delivering a new purpose-built University Building with flexible teaching spaces, specialist facilities and modern technology.

In 2021, we opened our £9m Construction Centre along with the £9m Health and Life Sciences Centre. We have also added a range of specialist simulation suites that replicate real clinical environments, including a hospital ward, nursery and gym, providing outstanding spaces to develop skills for future careers.

For leisure and downtime, we have four dining outlets, including Hive Café and Viewpoint Café, which boasts stunning views of the Manchester skyline and beyond.
