IT Level 1

Take your first step into the world of tech. This hands-on course will build your confidence with computers, hardware, software and the digital tools used in the workplace.

You’ll explore different areas of digital technology, from building and fixing to designing and coding, helping you discover which areas interest you most.

You’ll also develop the study skills and technical knowledge to support your progression to Level 2 Digital.

You’ll be assessed through portfolio-based assignments and evidence collected in a digital portfolio.

Successful completion of this course could allow you to progress to Level 2 Digital.

From there, you could progress towards a Digital T Level and careers such as:

• IT technician
• Network engineer
• Software developer
• Cyber security specialist
