T Level Foundation in Business Finance Level 2

The Foundation T Level in Business is designed to help you develop your business knowledge, practical skills, confidence and employability while preparing you for progression to Level 3 study.

Alongside the Foundation T Level programme, you will also have the opportunity to achieve the Pearson Level 2 Award in Business, giving you an additional recognised qualification.

Business and Admin:

You will develop an understanding of how businesses work and the different factors that affect organisations.

Marketing:

You will explore how businesses attract and retain customers.

You will have opportunities to apply your knowledge to realistic business situations.

Finance:

You will develop an understanding of the importance of money and financial information within a business.

You will also develop your numeracy and financial skills, helping you become more confident working with business figures.

People and Organisations:

You will explore the importance of people within a business.

You will develop an understanding of what employers expect from their employees and how to behave professionally in the workplace.

The Business Environment:

You will investigate the world in which businesses operate.

You will begin to understand that businesses do not operate in isolation and that external factors can affect their decisions and performance.

Digital and Employability Skills:

A key part of the programme is developing the skills you need for further study and employment.

You will develop:

Assessment will take place in a variety of ways so that you can demonstrate both your knowledge and practical skills, through:
