Course Details
What Will I Study?
Throughout the apprenticeship, your skills base will broaden to include working with domestic gas systems and appliances, whilst working towards Gas Safe registration.
Entry requirements: GCSE English and maths at grade 4 or above.
How Will I Be Assessed?
You will attend college one day per week to gain the knowledge required to do your job and develop your skills. You will be taught by specialists in our up-to-date training facilities, and supported and observed in the workplace by qualified assessors with a wealth of expertise in the industry. Each year, you will be required to pass a phase test in order to progress to the next year.
What could this apprenticeship lead to?
We offer two pathways - Gas and Environmental.
On successful completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship Standard in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (Gas), you will be eligible to be added to the Gas Safe Register.
