If you operate an assessment centre or work in an organisation where assessment takes place, it’s crucial that you are able to guarantee the quality of your assessment.

The Highfield Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) has been designed to do just that, and will help learners by supporting their role in the workplace.

• Managing relevant information
• Legal and good practice requirements for the internal quality assurance of assessment

In order to complete this qualification, learners are required to:

• Be a minimum of 19 years of age It is recommended that learners hold one of the following qualifications prior to enrolling:

• Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment

• Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement

• A1 Assess candidate performance using a range of methods

• D32/D33 assess candidates performance/assess candidates using a different range of methods
