Diploma in Counselling Skills Level 3

Course Details

What will I Study?

The course provides learners with more in-depth knowledge of the use of counselling skills in everyday life and work, and the approaches that underpin these skills.
The qualification consists of five units, including working ethically with counselling skills, counselling skills and diversity, and counselling skills and personal development.

How Will I Be Assessed?

Assessment on this course is fully coursework based; you will submit a portfolio to evidence all assessment criteria.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you will need to have previously completed a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Concepts.
Prospective learners should be aware that the course requires a good standard of English skills which are to be demonstrated in substantial coursework. The course also includes experiential learning and self-awareness exercises, which will be demanding of yourself in interaction with others.
