Suzy is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, identifying workforce development opportunities, and promoting apprenticeships, work experience, industry placements and business engagement to support both employer needs and student success.

Mark is our Business Advisor for Business, Professional Services, IT and Property Maintenance Operative (PMO) Apprenticeships. He works closely with employers and internal teams to support apprenticeship starts, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure employers receive the right support throughout the apprenticeship journey.

Karen is our Business Advisor for Construction Apprenticeships including Electrical, Plumbing & Heating, Gas Engineering, Carpentry & Joinery and Bricklaying. She works closely with employers and internal teams to support apprenticeship starts, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure employers receive the right support throughout the apprenticeship journey.

Neil is our Business Advisor for Care Professions, Early Years and Land-Based Apprenticeships. Bernie leads the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team, ensuring prospective apprentices receive high-quality advice, guidance and support throughout their journey. She oversees the promotion of apprenticeship opportunities, matches candidates to suitable vacancies, manages the recruitment process, and works closely with employers, Business Advisors and curriculum teams.

Lynne is our Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor for Construction and is responsible for supporting prospective apprentices throughout their recruitment journey, providing information, advice and guidance on construction apprenticeship opportunities.

Lee is our Work Experience Manager and Placement Coordinator for Financial & Professional Services and Sport. He oversees the T Level and placement process, ensuring that students find opportunities that align with their career aspirations. He is committed to offering extensive support and expert guidance throughout each placement journey.

Boo is our Work Experience Placement Officer for Digital & Creative industries. With a keen eye for innovation and creativity, Boo helps students discover exciting opportunities in digital media, design, and the arts. Boo is passionate about connecting students with employer placements that inspire and foster their creative talents.
