Enrolment

Enrolment for school leavers/those aged 16-18 will begin on GCSE Results Day (Thursday August 20th) 2026.

Those with VIP priority enrolment will be invited in on GCSE Results Day. To gain a priority enrolment slot, those aged 16-18 will have had to attend an interview and have accepted their conditional offer. All interview dates for 2026 have now concluded.

Those who have received an offer but haven’t accepted it will be invited in on either GCSE Results Day or Friday 21st August.

Those who didn’t attend an interview, or applied after interviews ended, will be invited in between the 21st-22nd August.

Please do not attend enrolment on 20th or 21st August unless you have received an invitation to do so. These enrolment dates are strictly reserved for applicants, who will be invited in based on their application and offer status. 

Drop-in enrolment will be between 10am-1pm on Saturday 22nd August.

What to Bring to Enrolment

Please make sure you have the following documents and information with you when you come to enrol:

• It’s essential that you bring along all your GCSE results documents, so we can view your UMS score.
• Please note that we cannot accept non-UK qualifications. You will need a statement of comparability from ENIC
• Your National Insurance number if you have it.
• Proof of your residency, if you have not lived in the UK or EU for the 3 years prior to September 2026. If you are an EU/EEA citizen, you must bring proof of your settled status.

Enrolment for adult courses starting in September 2026 will begin in August 2026.

Invitation-only enrolment will begin on Tuesday the 18th August.

Drop in enrolment will begin at 10am on Saturday 22nd August.

Important: There is no drop in enrolment for the following courses: GCSE sciences, English, maths, essential digital skills, ESOL, community interpreting, plumbing or electrical.

You will need to apply for these courses online and you will be invited in for an assessment when places are available.

Enrolment dates for adult courses starting from October 2026 will be released in Autumn. 

These will include monthly enrolment dates until summer 2027.

What to bring to enrolment

Copies of your qualifications and certificates. Please note that we cannot accept non-UK qualifications. You will need a statement of comparability from ENIC.

• Photo ID.
• Your National Insurance number.
• Proof of your residency, if you have not lived in the UK or EU for the 3 years prior to September 2026. If you are an EU/EEA citizen, you must bring proof of your settled status.
• Evidence of any benefits currently received and/or 3 months of your most recent payslips.

New Students

If you are starting a new course with us in September 2026, your enrolment will take place in person during the week commencing 7th September 2026.

Full details about your enrolment, including the date, time and location of your appointment, will be sent to you over the summer. Please keep an eye on your email for further information.

Returning Students

If you are returning to continue your studies, a member of the Admissions Team will contact you over the summer to confirm your intention to return.

Enrolment for returning students will be completed online. Instructions and enrolment details will be sent to your registered email address before the start of term.

• Valid photographic identification.
• Original certificates or evidence of qualifications and results.
• Your Student Finance England (SFE) entitlement letter confirming your Tuition Fee Loan award, or evidence of an alternative method of payment for your tuition fees.
