Adult Courses and Apprenticeships

We hold two all ages Open Events in November and March.

Make sure you visit us to tour our modern campus, meet your future tutor and ask questions about the course you are interested in.

You can also visit our higher education team to discuss whether an adult course or a university-level programme would be best to meet your career goals.

You will need to create an account with us to track your application.

You will be invited in to undergo an assessment or interview if the course you have applied to requires this. Please note that not all adult courses require an assessment or an interview.

Enrolment for adult courses occurs all year round dependant upon the course you have selected. The dates that the course starts will be on the course webpage.

Adult courses starting in September 2027 will begin enrolment in August 2027.

Applying for an apprenticeship is a little bit different than applying for a course.

Make sure you visit us to explore our campus, meet our tutors and chat with our Apprenticeships team at our all ages Open Events in November and March.

You can apply online for one of our existing apprenticeship vacancies.  source your own.

Alternatively, you apply via the website similarly to a course, but you will need to find an employer to support your apprenticeship.

You will be invited in for a series of workshops if required.

These workshops will help you to build up your employability skills, as well as provide an opportunity to work with our Apprenticeships team on improving your CV and interview techniques.

We’ll do everything we can to help you secure an apprenticeship employer. However you will need to search for vacancies and contact employers yourself. Don’t forget there may be employers in your personal network looking for an apprentice, so make sure you ask family, friends and acquaintances if they know of anyone suitable.

Once you have secured a role as an apprentice, we will organise everything with your employer so that you can start learning with us.
