About the employer:

Founded in 1913, Northenden Golf Club is situated on the banks of the River Mersey five miles south of Manchester city centre.
The current, and very highly regarded, parkland course, designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas, was officially opened in 1973 and its variety of trees, bunkers and water hazards, not forgetting the river which lurks on the right hand side for the first six holes, poses a good test for both high and low handicappers alike.
