Overview of the role (what will the learner be doing and what will the learner gain): We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join us. The successful candidate will provide a high quality efficient service to our clients and to our team.
The principle purpose of the job role is to assist and undertake training in all aspects of Administration and Support Services. To promote and provide excellent customer service internally and externally in areas of the role.
To achieve the Apprenticeship standard for Business Administrator Level 3 you will complete your Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration and achieve a minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills English and Math痴. The apprenticeship will typically take between 18-21 months.

Vacancy description:

Keeping all records and systems up to date

Meeting visitors at reception and escorting them to meeting rooms

Offering refreshments to clients

Answering the telephone and taking messages

Assisting with the required registrations for companies, partnerships and individuals

Helping with correspondence from previous accountants

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Taking payments from clients

Filing and scanning

Other general administrative duties.

Desired qualifications Math痴 and English GCSE grades 9-4 (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
Things to consider (optional)
Workplace pension- the firm contributes the current minimum percentage
Occasionally work may be outside usual working hours when required to meet specific client or business objectives.
Lunch is 1 hour unpaid
Holiday entitlement is 28 days per annum, including statutory days.
Car parking is provided on site for all our employees free of charge
