This course runs once per academic year from September to June.

Attendance:

You will attend college two days a week and complete independent study outside of these hours.

Certificate in Community Interpreting L3

What knowledge and skills will I gain?

This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to work in voluntary or paid employment as a community interpreter.


Entry requirements

You will need to have at least full Level 2 English for Speakers of Other Languages qualification or equivalent for this course.

Learners must also have a relevant level of ability in their chosen interpreting language.

Before starting this course, you will undergo a full assessment of your skill, knowledge and attributes.
