Access to HE Diploma (Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Professions) (full time)

Start Dates: September - this is a one year course

Attendance: We use a blended learning approach to the course. You will have the majority of your course delivered in the classroom and some will be using an on-line platform. You will be required to attend college 2 days per week with the rest of your studies done either as directed study with your tutor or independent work.

The course is for those individuals who are looking for a career change or simply do not have the standard entry requirements to enrol onto their chosen degree course.

Entry requirements

To enrol on the course you must have already achieved 4 GCSEs, including English and maths at a minimum of grade 4/C. Unfortunately, we do not accept functional skills as an equivalent.

 

Applicants need to be aged 19 as of the 31st August of the year of study. 


How much will it cost?

If you do not have a level 3 qualification, or if you are in receipt of certain benefits you may not have to pay for this course. If this does not apply then the course cost is £3,384. Students are eligible to apply to the Student Loans Company for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover tuition fees.
