Oldham College’s Faculty of Hospitality understands both the needs of our students, and the sector. This enables us to deliver personalised training and meet employability criteria. This means our students are highly skilled and job ready- the best combination for this sector.
Our courses cover all aspects of the Hospitality sector ranging from food preparation to front of house service. Technical skills, such as food safety awareness, are developed alongside crucial business skills such as teamwork, communication and safe working practice. Focusing on people skills enables our students to naturally deliver high quality customer service.
Past hospitality students at Oldham College have secured long-term positions as bar-tenders, chefs, waiters and waitresses, kitchen porters and receptionists.
