Solution Focused Thinking

This can free up ideas of how to get to where you want to be.

It is also important to move things from negative to positive.

e.g. When you have landed a good job, what will you be doing then?

The more detail you can put on this the more likely you are to move to it.
One of the main concepts of this type of thinking is that of the Miracle Question. This is closely linked to some of the ideas we have already looked at in relation to being creative.

Suppose that you wake up tomorrow morning and the issue that has been troubling you has been solved. A miracle has taken place! Your life is now as you would want it to be.
How would you know?

What would you be feeling?

What would you be doing?

How would other people know that the miracle had happened?

What would they be doing?
