You have the tools in this programme and it is all about using them on a regular basis and checking in with what is good and not so good in your life. You know how to build more of the good and get rid of the less good. The trick is to stop sometimes and recognise what is going on. Life is not static and sometimes things you don’t want can sneak up on you!

You might go back to the pizza/cake exercise particularly if you are looking at your work/life balance or you might try page 66/67 for a new one.

Having the ‘feeling’ associated with what you want is vital so remember to ask
