There are lots of ways of doing this. Choose the one that is right for you. When you are finished the session, you might like to try any of the others to see if it helps you to get a clear picture of your present strengths and those you might like to develop. Remember what you are trying to do is to choose the ones that will help you most in what you are trying to do right now.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The other members of the group can be a great help in this. If there is someone who knows you well, you might want to work with them and do it together. Remember that sometimes other people can see strengths in us that we don’t always see ourselves. We are also very modest about our own strengths! Make sure that you also look back at all the strengths you looked at before and choose those that will be helpful to you now.

Pretend you are someone who knows you well. What do you think they would say are the strengths you have that would help you now?
Ask a member of the group who knows you what they think are your strengths that will help you.
