

So now you are going to use your strengths and your thinking about how your life is at the moment to either get more of things that will make you happy or to get rid of anything that is making you less happy.
Did you notice all those you/your words? That is because no-one can cause change in your life except YOU! The great news is that once you know how to do it once, you can go on doing it for the rest of your life.
There will have been times in your life where you have had a clear-out of your clothes or other things you own and all the things you have left after the clear-out are the things ‘you really, really want …’. It feels good. Some people do this more often than others but when it comes to clearing out any thoughts that don’t help you, you can’t do it too often!
If you believe you can change even just one thing, you are on your way! Choosing to change means you are in control and doing it for yourself. Remember we said the first bit of that was to want it very much and have a really clear picture of why you would like it? So time to do some dreaming...
There are lots of ways of doing this. Choose the one that is right for you. When you have finished the session, you might like to try any of the others to see if it helps you even more to get a picture of what you would like more of in your life or what you would like to change to feel better about your life.
