They will then (mostly!) act well towards you and that in turn helps you to keep the positive feelings going. If you are going for a dream job or contract you want that belief and positivity oozing out of your pores!!
After all if you don’t believe you are the best how do you expect someone else to?
Unfortunately, the opposite is also true. If your thoughts are mainly negative, your behaviour reflects this and causes other people to treat you in a way that just continues to make you feel negative. So we’re not doing that ... right?!!
“ Ditch your doubts. Big thinkers conquer their doubts.

It is important to realise that change is not easy. You need to change thoughts, feelings and how you behave as they are all linked. You also need to create some support around you.
You will always have to take into account the effect on other people of changes you are making but you can also draw on their support to help you through some of the times when the change is hard to make.
You might be breaking habits that you have had for a long time or making choices that mean you stop doing something you have enjoyed. It’s important to recognise that there can be regret and mixed feelings but if you want the change enough, you are creating new feelings that will be better than the old ones.
