Our newly refurbished office is located on Market Street in Shaw centre and we have ample free parking behind our office.
Overview of the role (what will the learner be doing and what will the learner gain): We are looking to recruit a business administration apprentice to join our dynamic team to deal with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants to resolve property maintenance requests.

Your role will involve:

Using Microsoft Office to draft correspondence and reports
Using bespoke company software
Using the company diary and adding appointments.
Arranging Valuations
Arranging viewings
Accurate record keeping
Training to be provided (Qualifications to be gained):

Business Administration Level 2
Functional Skills English – Level 1
Functional Skills Maths – Level 1
Functional Skills ICT – Level 1

Vacancy description:

Dealing with incoming telephone calls as well as making outbound calls as required
Handling correspondence
Booking appointments
Creating Window Cards & Brochures using Microsoft Word
Welcoming visitors to the office and preparing drinks as required
Checking and dealing with emails from clients and customers
Using Office equipment such as scanner and photocopier (full training will be given)
Accompanying our Estate Agents on visits
General filing duties
Ability to work on own initiative to find solutions to problems

Desired qualifications 5* GCSE’s A to D
Things to consider (optional)
You will work a 5 day week between Monday to Saturday.
