Overview of the role (What will the learner be doing and what will the learner gain): The Apprentice will be supporting the team with a multitude of administration tasks which include answering calls, responding to emails, organising post etc.

NVQ Level 2 Business Admin Diploma
Functional Skills English Level 1
Functional Skills Math’s Level 1
Functional Skills ICT Level 1

There is a potential for the apprentice to progress onto become a full time member of staff after completion of the apprenticeship program for the right candidate, or progress on to a new appropriate Apprenticeship programme.
As an apprentice, you will be responsible and trained on:
Administration of files
To support the team with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by supervisor
Provide telephone support and deal with client queries
Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately
Take and file accurate notes
Providing cover for reception as and when required
To ensure that outstanding client care is given at all times and to maintain a highly professional approach
The above list is not exhaustive, and there will be further administration duties which will be required as part of the role.
