Overview of the role (what will the learner be doing and what will the learner gain):
We are looking to recruit a business administration apprentice to join our dynamic team.
Your role will involve:
Using Microsoft Office to draft correspondence and reports
Using bespoke company software
Using the company diary and adding appointments.
Arranging Valuations
Arranging viewings

Training to be provided (Qualifications to be gained):
Business Administration Level 2
Functional Skills English – Level 1
Functional Skills Maths – Level 1
Functional Skills ICT – Level 1

Book viewings and answer all sales calls.
Complete vendor reviews.
Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate and close sales.
Book valuations.
Provide general customer service.
Answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner.
Update and maintain expert agent.
Check and update Rightmove.
Sending mailshots/canvassing.
Managing internet and telephone leads.
Check proof of funds and purchaser ID
Assist with sales administration.
Close on Solicitor and FS business.
Emailing brochures and information to customers.
Confirm viewings and follow up on viewing feedback.
Support Sales progression.
Work in a compliant and informed way.
