Business Administration Apprenticeship-Level 2

Overview of the role (what will the learner be doing and what will the learner gain): To support the day to day running of the business through effective administrative support. Your role will include: Making & receiving telephone calls, handling correspondence, and filing.

Training to be provided (Qualifications to be gained):
NVQ Level 2 Business Admin Diploma
Functional Skills English Level 1
Functional Skills Math’s Level 1
Functional Skills ICT Level 1

Vacancy description:
Answer all calls in a professional timely manner
Maintain high levels of communication at all levels
Actively listen to the customer
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information from the enquiry
Document all relevant details
Accurately file documents
To communicate with customers in regards to the commencement and progression of scheduled works
Responsible for the accurate inputting of the relevant data on to the company database.
Ensuring the prompt invoicing of completed works
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the teams.
Undertake any such other duties as may be reasonably requested within the purview of the role.

Desired qualifications 5 GCSE’s 4 and above or (A to D grades)
